Talon Mansfield

Talon Mansfield is a senior in the psychology major from Lehi, UT! While at BYU, Talon is also minoring in family life and is a part of the First Generation club. In his free time, Talon enjoys basketball, fishing, reading, and hiking. Some fun facts about Talon are that he comes from a family of 14 children and he is engaged, getting married in March! Talon has been able to work in two positions related to the field of psychology: one as a residential coach at a treatment center called YouthCare in Draper and the other as a life coach at Telos (Anthem House). In these positions, Talon was able to learn about the importance of relationships and gaining more experience with those of diverse backgrounds. Upon graduating, Talon plans to obtain a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. Talon chose this route because he feels blessed having grown up in a loving family and he wants to help others obtain that experience as well as helping society strengthen its build around the family unit.
