Jared Warren

Biography

Jared Warren is a clinical psychologist and psychology professor at BYU. Dr. Warren received his master's and doctorate degrees at the University of Kansas. He studies human flourishing as it relates to positive psychology. Dr. Warren trains graduate students at BYU and has his own private practice. He loves the outdoors and being in nature. He particularly enjoys landscape and astrophotography, as well as four-wheel driving in the back country.

Research Interests

Dr. Warren's research interests are positive psychology and mental health outcomes, some of which include mindfulness, self-compassion, flow experiences, gratitude, optimism, savoring, transcendence, body appreciation, awe, and tackling perfectionism.
